Based on wine flavored with nectarine flower, Ice Tropez is a refreshing and sparkling drink that will please both partygoers and wine lovers. Its fruity aromas make this drink pleasant and seductive to the taste.

Ice Tropez was conceived by a Tropezian in 2005, Grégoire Chaix, owner of the Port bar, the trendy address in Saint-Tropez!
The drink is easily identifiable thanks to its sober and chic design. The bottle was created by Christophe Pillet, a renowned designer who has just signed the new Sezz hotel in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, or the Lacoste boutique on the Champs Elysées… and even the bar du Port, in Saint-Tropez!

The Tropez estate was created in 1996, with a surface area of 40 hectares thanks to the blending of different AOC Cotes de Provence parcels.
If the dominant grape variety is grenache, which brings structure and aromas, the tibouren, the tropezian grape variety par excellence, brings elegance and finesse. A palette that is completed by Cinsault for the rosé, Rolle and Semillon for the white, Syrah and Cabernet for the red.
The nature of the clay-limestone and sometimes sandy soil associated with a Mediterranean climate with a maritime influence allows us to obtain wines of character declined in rosé, white and red.

The domain has its own restaurant, in the family since 1963, and the bar on the port is one of the Tropéziennes institutions. A new decoration was created in April 2016 signed by the Spanish architect Lazaro Rosa Violán
